X-ray tube: reflective sealed tubes, transmission type sealed tubes, transmission type open tube, and reflective open tube
X-ray detector: maximum flat panel sensor size 418mmx418mm

The sample table and shield box will be mini-customized according to the customer's request and the sample material, size, shape, weight, etc.
