Our skilled staffs observe, inspect and measure the internal structutre of the product, confirm the position of voids and foreign matters, the cracks, check the fitting condition, measure dimensions, and inspect the failure analysis from the optimal direction with the high resolution.
We also offer the X-ray CT system rental service, which is useful if you need the large amount of non-destructive testing, keeping the costs down.

The ComscanX series is easy to operate, and our operator will provide the operation training when using it for the first time, so even the first-time users can start the CT scan right away.

Features

Since three cross-sections can be observed at any location, it is possible to identify the location of voids, foreign matters, cracks, defects, etc.
Even samples that are unique in this world, such as prototypes and precious fossils, can be converted into 3D data non-destructively and the details can be confirmed.
Using 3D analysis software, the various quantitative analyzes such as dimension and angle measurements, volumetric calculations of voids, and fiber orientation can be performed.
You can output STL data and use it for 3D printers, etc.
